For more than two decades, Jaime Dubreuil-Payer has worked inside the treatment room - as a massage therapist, esthetician, nail technician, educator, and business owner.
And along the way, she saw a gap.
Practitioners were being taught how to perform services, but not always how to think beyond the protocol, build sustainable businesses, find meaningful support, or continue growing after licensure.
The Holistic Spa Alliance was created to help fill that gap.
Today, Jaime brings her real-world experience into the HSA while creating something designed to become much bigger than one practitioner: a place where holistic spa professionals can learn, connect, grow, and help shape what comes next for our industry.
