As a triple-licensed practitioner, former spa director, educator, advisory board member, and national skincare brand ambassador, Jaime has built a multifaceted career grounded in excellence, integrity, and a deep passion for elevating the industry’s standards.
Her journey began in 2004, fueled by curiosity and a love of spa culture - which has taken her to 50+ destination spas across the country, enriching her perspective and sharpening her expertise. Jaime’s varied roles include directing the 25,000 square-foot luxury spa with a team of 50 professionals at the OMNI Mt. Washington Resort - she served as interim assistant director of a 30,000 square-foot Spa in Bedford Springs PA and sat under mentorship for a month at the renowned 43,000-square-foot OMNI Grove Park spa. I understand how to translate big-spa standards into real-world tools for solo practitioners and small teams.
A few highlights of Jaime’s career include representing her respective spa, twice at the prestigious International Spa Association Media Event at Gotham Hall in New York City, underscoring her role as an industry ambassador and trusted voice. She also toured skincare facilities in Germany as part of a mentorship trip, expanding her global perspective on spa and skincare innovation. Jaime’s expertise has been recognized in American Spa Magazine and Massage Magazine, where she has been featured both as a guest writer and interviewee. She’s plugged into national conversations and can help you stay ahead of industry trends.
In 2012 Jaime became an NCBTMB-approved continuing education provider, delivering nationally accredited training designed to sharpen skills and elevate practitioner confidence nationwide. Love Spa Life was then created in 2013 for advanced education & support for spa professionals later including business consulting for destination & day spas. In 2022, she founded the Holistic Spa Alliance bringing together the solo-practitioners and small businesses a unique education and mentorship platform offering tailored training, business support, and community-building for success. Jaime’s approach centers on meeting practitioners where they are, then challenging and empowering them to improve, innovate, and succeed.
Known for her meticulous attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine warmth, Jaime builds lasting partnerships that enhance both the quality of client care and business performance. Her mission is to ignite the passion within every practitioner and foster spa environments that inspire loyalty, well-being, and lasting success.
