Introducing Jaime: Your Passionate Spa Mentor, Advocate, and Educator

Hello, I'm Jaime – a curious, warm-hearted introvert, mom, and wife who loves the coast of Maine and seeks out warm weather. As a seasoned spa enthusiast, I've personally visited 50+ destination spas, including the Omni Mt. Washington Spa, pictured here.

My journey with spas began in 2004, and over the years, I've gained extensive experience in the industry. My passion for seeing spas thrive and maintain high standards in treatments and customer service inspired me to create a unique SPA EDUCATION program.

I'm a triple-licensed practitioner who runs a private atelier and has contributed to Massage Magazine as a guest writer and interviewee. I've also directed a luxury 25,000 sq-foot spa with 50+ employees, educated for a massage school, and served as a regional account executive and national educator for a skin & body care line, while holding NCBTMB credentials.

With my keen eye for detail and professionalism, I analyze where therapists can improve their skills both individually and as a group. I provide insight, strength, and challenges to elevate even the best service providers to new heights.

My high standards for quality, value, and knowledge led me to become a spa mentor, leader, advocate, and educator for like-minded professionals who share my passion for growth. I started my business of continuing education in 2011, after noticing a need for personalized support and a sounding board for skilled therapists to continue feeling challenged and improve their skills.

I began the community, the Holistic Spa Alliance in 2022 to spread the awareness of a holistic approach and create a community for individuals and small businesses.

My ultimate goal is to ensure that spas maintain business standards, quality, and service at the highest level possible, while maintaining a warm, nurturing, and friendly atmosphere, ultimately increasing value and profits.
